Ctěnice Chateau Complex
Over time, the unique chateau and agricultural compound of medieval origin and core was rebuilt to meet Renaissance and Baroque style standards. The compound includes the Ctěnice Horseback Riding Company, Ctěnice Chateau Garden Centre, and a hotel with a restaurant. Visitors can also visit the local café.
Over time, the unique chateau and agricultural compound of medieval origin and core was rebuilt to meet Renaissance and Baroque style standards. The chateau isa venue for the presentation of traditional folk culture and crafts. It hosts the permanent exhibitions Crafts in Guilds dedicated to the history of the guilds of Prague, Ctěnice Chateau: History, Building Development and Reconstruction, History of Vinoř: From Prehistoric Times to the 20th Century, and Prague–Těšnov Station. The chateau halls also host temporary exhibitions. A beautiful park encompassing 2.33 hectares surrounds the chateau; both the garden and chateau interiors are available for weddings.
