Brewery and Restaurant U Fleků
U Fleků, the oldest classical restaurant brewery preserved to this day, has been brewing beer since 1499. The premises consist of several ancient buildings with colourful frescos decorating the walls. The restaurant offers its guests 1200 seats in eight halls and in a garden. Especially remarkable is the brewhouse, where beer is still brewed under original medieval wooden beams painted with ox blood.
Portfolio
The brewery makes one single beer sort, an unfiltered dark Bavarian-style beer, with a 170 years long tradition. It is made of barley malt, hops, water and yeast and contains 4,6% of alcohol. The annual production reaches 2500 hl.
Availability
Only in the restaurant U Fleků. Also bottles and mini kegs are available there.

1) brewery: brewhouse, cellar, video, beer tasting. Monday–Saturday 10–16.
2) museum: exposition of malting and coopery. Monday–Saturday 10–16.
