Nelahozeves

The township of Nelahozeves with its Renaissance château is well known as the birthplace of the composer Antonín Dvořák. The château, which belongs to the House of Lobkowicz, is the largest private gallery in the Czech Republic (specialising in Spanish portrait art) with works by Velasquez, Veronese, Cranach, Rubens, and other European masters.
